If your customer wishes to pay for their funeral plan by monthly instalments, you can use the below form to work out their payment options. These are given over 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 years to help your customer choose a payment plan that is right for them. The quote will be generated as a PDF which must be printed and given to the customer to take away.

Instalments are not available for 2-5 year plans over certain maximum amounts and for certain ages. Instalments are also not available for Joint plans over 2-5 years. Please contact Client Services to discuss alternative options.
