Harwood Park Crematorium, Stevenage

Harwood Park is owned and managed by the Austin Family, who have served the community as funeral directors for over three centuries.

John Austin's vision was to provide a crematorium to serve the local community and, since opening in 1997, Harwood Park has cared for over 50,000 bereaved families.

The design of the crematorium was meticulously and sensitively planned. From little touches like a large window in the chapel to flood the space with light and and give views towards the calming countryside, to raised areas which make it easier for Wheelchair users to view the floral tributes, every detail has been thought through with care.
